How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren’t perfect.
What about shipping?
We ship Igneus books domestically only at this time. If you would like to order from an international destination, reach out to info@igneuspress.com, and we will arrange this outside of our normal shipping procedures. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live on the east coast, then you’ll get the books faster. If you live on the west coast, or in Hawaii, then it will take an extra day or three. We estimate 2-8 business days for shipping.
Personalised international orders will take a bit longer, probably 2-3 weeks in total, but it will be worth it. Because Igneus books are good. Really good.
